Be Hungry!

We are born and start learning through sensations.

Most education systems traditionally teach there are five human senses – sight, smell, touch, taste, and hearing. These act as windows for external stimuli to enter the human body, which the brain processes into electric signals and stores as an information system for our understanding to function and respond to the external environment accordingly. As the brain develops, it starts learning to use human language as a tool to communicate information. Several studies imply that the brain loses its various abilities as it develops to adapt to the present environment as we get conditioned to learn what we need to learn for us to fit into society. With two decades of education, even a kid with great curiosity or imagination ends up thinking only about what to do with life. We call it ambition or dream.

As kids, most of us have ambitions or dreams. We are all dreamers. We all try to live the life we dream of. We all carry broken dreams. But why do we call it a dream? Since it is something we create out of imagination for an ideal life, it is labelled as a dream. Imagination is the ability of the human brain to form new ideas, images, or concepts of external objects not present to the senses. We grow as we learn through these senses that give us the feel of life resulting in us looking for help to solve the challenges we face to live the life we dream of.

Summarizing and rearticulating the flow till dream:
You are born crying for breath, then start learning about your environment through the given senses and cognition. As you grow through what you go through, you face challenges that disrupt your flow of life, or you want to have a certain kind of life. When we try to overcome our challenges, we reach a realization that the whole process is to just find ourselves and create a thriving environment for us to express ourselves. So you are basically a problem-solving cosmic machine with a problem called life, which is a time given to you between your birth and death. All you have to do is decide what to do with this time.

Since the problem of life is controversially subjective from individual to individual, various forms, methods, and techniques of help evolved to address the diverse category of problems. The more clarity you have of a particular problem, the easier the solution. Hence understanding that the only problem that exists is you and your life, is crucial to solve efficiently. You are an organism in search of its ideal environment to thrive peacefully. As you start reflecting upon what you want from life, you understand that you have limited time and resources. So in short, everything you do outside your skin is to be inside your skin peacefully.

If you look beyond your birth, you are the consciousness you feel exists through your present state of body and life. Thus the only indicator of your success apart from HRQOL (Health-Related Quality of Life) and OQLS (Quality of Life Scale), is your sense of being.

So to have the life you dream of, you need to figure out the following:
1. What are the problems or challenges you are facing from living the life you want?
2. Are those your problems or you are attached to your physical form and its external reality?
3. What is the ideal life you imagine for yourself?

When you increase your awareness of self and life, you reach a phase where your intention of having the ideal life you want matters. If your intention is not to serve yourself, achieving success might be difficult as you might not know why you want that life and are functioning out of attachment to your ego and the external world. And if your wants are externally influenced, you are not in control, but your ego. The only process you have control over is this process of managing your ego through detachment for a conscious life.

Thus refinement of your inner self and ego occurs between ‘what you want’ and ‘why you want’ to reach your intention in life. In other words, you find the purpose of your life in that search. Once you start finding that purpose(s), you can then just put your physical form or ego that is yourself in a process and take a back seat feeling the bliss of your immense existence. It is definitely not a short and easy process, but a series of conscious decisions towards the life you dream of. You become self-conscious while walking on that path.

As Einstein said, ‘For those of us who believe in physics, the distinction between past, present and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion.’ You create a vision for your life from past experiences, knowledge, and memories to live in the present moment that is all you have here and now. I was so hungry for help, self, and life, that I had to process and contain the whole eternity in a moment to have the life I wanted. Below is a simple process I follow as rules of life:
1. Do what you want.
2. Do more of what you want.
3. Have clarity on why you want what you want.
4. You only get 24 hours a day to play the game of life.

Once you have what your purpose(s) is or are, you just have to:
1. Enter
2. Explore
3. Experiment
4. Enjoy
5. Exit

Life gets interesting even in the most difficult situations as you have the vision and clarity of life. All you have to do is keep moving without giving up the intention to serve yourself. If you are hungry for something, that creates a hunger for help to express that hunger, be hungry for yourself.
